guei.film is the marketing site for Guei, a feature film in pre-production from OWong Productions and Fian. Nothing here is an offer, a release announcement, or a commitment to a release date.

The festival listings are compiled from public sources and offered in good faith. Dates move, services are rescheduled, and some listings show only an approximate time because that is all that has been published. Confirm with the temple or organisation before you travel. We are not affiliated with the organisations listed and we don't speak for them.

If you submit a listing, you're telling us you have the right to share those details and that they're accurate as far as you know. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing.

The pages on the Hungry Ghost Festival and the tale of Mulian describe a living religious practice. They are written for a general audience, they are not a religious authority, and practice varies by region and community.
